  • Professionally decorated, oceanfront, 3 bedroom penthouse, 1 1/2 bath condo; 6 unit building with private off street parking- 2 reserved spaces; quiet top (3rd) floor retreat with 180 degree ocean view and no obstructing side or front buildings. Free wifi and cable TV. Convenient private outdoor shower. Watch the dolphins play and enjoy breath-taking ocean vistas from the large covered deck, living room, dining room and kitchen! Fully furnished large kitchen with breakfast bar. Water park with pool and slides 5 minutes away by car.

    North Ocean City offers large, life guarded, clean beaches with fewer people and less traffic, within 3 hours of D.C., Pennsylvania, New Jersey, and North Carolina. Convenient access to local airports and Cape May-Lewes Ferry. Easy access to Downtown Ocean City, Bethany, and Rehoboth Beach Resorts and boardwalks with safe public transportation available. We enjoyed a brisk early spring weekend at this apartment! The perfect sunrises and morning runs along the beach were the highlights of our stay. The apartment had everything needed for a lovely and relaxing weekend away. The apartment is small and compact, but the location makes the tight space 100% worth every penny. Our family of 4 had plenty of room. We were glad to have remembered to bring sheets and towels along with us, as linens aren't provided. We did find it a bit "old school" to have cable TV after streaming shows at home for so long, and commercials were a drag on the chilly evenings that we spent inside - there was a DVD player, but we didn't think to come prepared with movies. The views of the water from the deck were unforgettable and the easy access to the beach is priceless! We loved watching the moon and stars over the water at night, and the sunrises are heavenly. I recommend this rental and hope to be back again!
