123rd street JOCKEY BEACH # 134 located bayside of Coastal Highway at 123rd Street. Nicely furnished, renovated one bedroom one bath first floor condo 1/2 block back from Coastal Highway and just 1 1/2 blocks to the ocean. Central air conditioning, washer/dryer in the condo, fully equipped kitchen, 2 televisions/cable (39" in family room & 24" in bedroom), and two DVD players. Occupancy limited to four persons; non-smoking only, please. Free WIFI. Parking for one vehicle. Jockey Beach Club Condominiums have an OUTDOOR POOL. Non-smoking. No pets allowed.

Great Location, Nice Condo!

I rented this condo for my daughter & her spouse for the week, but they could only stay thru Wed, so my husband & I stayed for the remainder of the week. The location is great! North OC, away from noise and congestion. Staying on the first floor was very convenient. Parking is right out front & the unit is just across from the pool. The kitchen is well-appointed. It's great having a washer & dryer right in the unit! The size is perfect for a couple or family of 4. It is conveniently located to mini golf, Starbucks, good restaurants, and a beautiful park. Lots of activities to choose from. It is about a 10 minute drive to the OC boardwalk and more southern activities. There were a couple of things that could be improved upon, especially if you have some rainy days. There is NO WIFI. Cable is basic, however there is a DVD player, some movies, books & a couple of games. Linens are provided, but you have to make up your own bed and launder the linen before you leave. Keyless entry would be a plus since you have to pick up keys from the rental agency prior to your stay and return them at the end. The cleanliness was adequate. No undesirable bugs seen. Overall a very nice condo! Would definitely stay again.

We were pleasantly surprised at how quiet the area was...everything was updated and pristine!

Very nicely taken care of. It had everything that we needed and was in close proximity to beach and restaurants ! It didn't hurt that we had wonderful weather! Sometimes in a rental the bed is uncomfortable but all the furniture in this unit was comfy !
