Yes easy access and view from the 17th floor to beach but very dated and not the cleanest. It wasn’t for us, wish we picked better.

Great property, great resort

Overall we were very happy with the rental and the main property amenities. We would stay at the property itself again . 4:00 p.m. is a major downfall. Especially if there was no one in the unit before you. Also was unaware that check-in was only from 4:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. just made it before the team was leaving. We must have missed those details in our emails about check-in.

View was stunning, things for children to do was amazing. Loved the movie theater and the supplies left in laundry room for the beach. This pñace thought of eveeything.

Great location, Great Views

The unit is in a great location and the view from the balcony is nice and peaceful. The unit is dated and could use a nice deep clean (particularly master bath) but overall it was spacious and worked out well for our group.

Great stay!

We had a great vacation. The unit was as expected and everything was clear and easy to use. Loved the location and the amenities at the Sea Watch! We did have an issue with the key at first but the Vacasa rep helped immediately and we didn’t have any other issues during our stay. We will definitely continue to rent our vacation stays through them.

The place is in need of updating- very old and not very clean. The closet rack was so yellow and dirty we didn’t even use it. The cupboards are peeling and the bathrooms need an over haul. Below are pictures of the iron that is so disgusting and a complete fire hazed, I can’t believe you advertise that it includes an iron! I would never recommend this to anyone for the price we paid and what we got- no way.Great location though. It’s a dump.

Although some of workmanship on cabinets and closet was shoddy at best it was ok. Views were great. Probably would not stay in the same unit but would stay a Sea Watch again

Great property

Everything from check in to check out was professional and place is very comfortable with a ton of amenities and walking distance to restaurants in the area. Highly recommend as the view of both ocean and bay are great.
