Cozy home close to everything !

This rental had everything we needed for our family trip to Ocean City !! We will definitely be back !

Great townhome for a family

The town home was very accommodating and spacious. It met the needs of our family, quiet are, pictures are exactly what the home looks like, and key location. It's just a short 7 min drive to boardwalk and beach area. All restaurants near by and even the super lion/walmart. Definitely would return here.

Too many hassles!

The condo was well furnished and in a nice quiet area. The layout was spacious. The kitchen was well equipped. But the lack of maintenance was a headache for us and we will not use Vacasa again. The things that were a problem could easily be fixed but the management is not responsive. We were told that Vacasa has a one star rating in Ocean City and we would have to agree. 1. family room tv had no sound-we called and spoke to management twice as well as communicating through a chat and they said they created a ticket and would send someone out, but nobody came. 2. Master bath was missing a light bulb 3.Third bedroom remote no batteries 4. Third bedroom tv had no streaming unit so it could not be used. Called management twice and communicated through the chat and said they would send someone out but nobody came. 5. Bathroom broken towel bar with a hole in the wall. Contacted management twice and they created a ticket and said they would send someone out but nobody came. 6. Bathroom rugs were dirty so we washed them all. 7.Missing pool key fob from Sunday to Tuesday. Someone delivered it to us on Tuesday. 8. WiFi very sporadic 9. Cabinet under kitchen sink and cabinets under bathroom sinks upstairs were a mess. Need to be cleaned out and organized. 10. Guest information was conflicting in the emails and at the house. (Ex. Two different wifi passwords, house says your need a vehicle pass but management says you don’t. 11. Living room lamp burnt out 12. The parking pass was on
