Fantastic 3 Bedroom Condo in Desired English Towers Building!

This property comes fully furnished does not permit pets or smoking and is advertised for Winter rental December 2nd through April 30th at $1000 a month. Tenant is responsible for electric. Water and Internet are included. Move-In expenses include 1st months' rent last month's rent and Security Deposit.

Bright Beautiful and only a few steps to the beach! A spacious open living area provides plenty of comfortable seating to relax in front of the TV or gather for meals prepared in the fully stocked kitchen. Slide out to the huge private balcony and have your camara ready for the spectacular Assawoman Bay sunsets. Balcony access is also available from gorgeous master bedroom. Two additional bedrooms and the second full tub & shower bathroom are located near the kitchen. English Towers building offers an indoor heated pool and fitness room.

It was “good enough”

Stayed at the property with 2 kids and 4 adults. You need to bring basically everything you need for the week. The listing says they have pillows and blankets but the pillows are rocks and the blankets are paper thin. Great location though. Management company is not very responsive. I left rain coats in the closet by accident and messaged the management company 30 mins after check out and the rain jackets were mysteriously gone. Very frustrating.

Nice Place, could be cleaner

Spent a week at this location, everything was great except the cleaning crew could pay attention to details. Hair in the bathtubs and jelly on a bunch of silverware. Otherwise I recommend this place.

Great View and Very close to the beach!

My family had a great stay. The condo is in a private building that is locked down at all times (which was great for a piece of mind). Located right on the beach, bathrooms downstairs … very, easy walk back and forth from the beach. Awesome pool inside. Pictures show an arcade - there is no longer an arcade. Fitness room needs to be paid for AND you have to pay $60 for a second vehicle … just FYIs. Would definitely book again

Nice place

The place was nice and had great access to the beach. The pool was great. Blankets for the king size bed and the queen were the same size as the top of the bed which was annoying. Also the showers felt very small and could have been improved with a curved shower curtain. The place was clean and well laid out for our family. I would recommend it to others.

Perfect location and great building

We love staying at English Towers right on the beach each year. The ocean and bay views are both great and the kids love the pool. The condo was clean a great place for us to refresh after the beach. There is so much to do in OC MD. We visit Assateague, Fenwick Island, Rehobeth Outlets and enjoy lots of seafood each year. We cook in for many meals and the condo could use some additional cookware and extra kitchen offerings, but overall was perfect for our family.

Outdated dirty condo.

I was very disappointed with the cleanliness of condo. Rugs were very dirty, one pillow had a blood stain on it, Kitchen appliances are in need of serious replacement. Coffee pot so bad we had to go out for coffee every morning. Very very few pots and pans and utensils to cook with. Pool was very nice however was closed for 2 days for a repair. Did love the security precautions. All employees were very friendly and helpful. Will not be coming back to English Towers. Gave 2 star to communication with property manager because I did not speak to him.

We nice and spacious!

Beautiful condo in great location that was very spacious and nicely decorated Cons were draws in dresser dirty and not had been cleaned under beds. The condo sleeps 8 but I have to pay an extra $80 for two spots.

Great location, unit needs some improvements

Location of this building is great - close to tons of shops, grocery stores, places to eat, and the direct beach access was a huge plus. Layout of the condo was nice; very spacious and great for 2 adults and 4 teenagers. Unit itself needed some deep cleaning/repairs. Carpets were very stained throughout the entire unit and towel bar was broken in master bath. There were a few vertical binds that were missing/broken and many of the chairs around the dining table had stained upholstery. The outlets in the master bath/bedroom would not support a hairdryer - had to constantly reset the plug on the dryer and it would reset every 45 seconds or so. Check-in and check-out was very quick and easy. There were no specific check-out instructions (normally you're instructed to take out the trash, start the dishwasher, etc). but the rep from Coastal Resort Rentals always answered our questions in a very timely manner. I realize the premium price we paid was because it was one of the busiest weeks of the year, but for what we paid for 3 days, we expected a cleaner/more maintained property.

For the price and still having to bring items like toilet paper, bed sheets, laundry detergent etc. It was not something I would pay for again or visit. Not much information was given except going back and forth through email/calling which was a hassle. The location was not bad it was close to the beach and other places but not the boardwalk itself.
