Location and amenities great

Nice location, plenty of furniture inside and on the deck. Unit needs some maintenance and cleaning. Bed missing box spring, closet doors broken, gate at stairs of deck rusted off hinges. Bathrooms vent fans as well as hallway vent and filter packed with dirt and debris. Pet hair throughout. Nice place but needs some love.

We loved the house and location. We just think i could have been cleaner when we got there. The carpet in the living room was not vacuumed and there was sand on the floor. Besides that I loved this house. I wish they let you check in early when avaliable but I was told this was absolutely not an option, when the neighbors told us nobody had been there for 2 days.

Five siblings over the age of 63 went for a mini family reunion and had a wonderful time. Our only complaint was that the air filter in the ceiling was just disgusting! We didn’t like that we had to unscrew it have all that lint and dust in chunks fall on our heads to replace the filter that was in the basement. Other than that, it was a wonderful stay

With just a bit of investment, this townhouse would easily rate 5/5 stars. The home is very large. Each bedroom is a good size, with the master bedroom being very large by beach standards. The living room is gigantic, and the owner took advantage of that by including a very large TV. It is at least 70 inches diagonal, and might be larger. The main level deck is a very good size, with plenty of room for a picnic table and benches, and two bar height chairs. The small deck off the upstairs master bedroom has just enough room for a couple of bar height chairs. The kitchen has everything you need. The covered parking was great, and the direct beach access was perfect. Made even better by a completely enclosed outdoor shower with hot and cold water. Just fantastic!
