Condo also offers 3 TV's, VCR/DVD, Free Wi-Fi, and central a/c. ( the owner provides a starter package of soaps and paper products.)� Even though this is a side unit, it has a fantastic ocean and bay view. (This is a smoke free building! The building does not allow smoking/ vaping anywhere on the premises. Anyone caught smoking anywhere is a violation of this lodging agreement and the agreement will be terminated, and you will be evicted. ) The bldg charges a non refundable $50.00 registration fee due on arrival.
