Great stay!

We had a great visit & stay renting this condo. It was the perfect size for our family of five. The parking spot was right up front which was nice to have so close with young kids. There was decor but not too much. Everything was great and just what we needed. Beautiful view of the ocean too. It was clean upon arrival and easy to access with our code. Would rent again!

Favorite Room yet

We have stayed at the golden sands for 10+ years. We have stayed in different rooms every year. This was by far the nicest and favorite room yet. My entire family was extremely happy with the room. We will try and get this room from now on.

Family getaway

Overall it was great however the condo needs kitchen & bathroom updates. Water in tub drains really slow so while showering it’s filling up. Other than that it was wonderful. My family & I enjoyed the property & location perfect.

Unit very dated

The carpeting was old and should be removed. The living room and dining furniture was stained and worn. The bathroom carpets were stained and need to be replaced. But the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked with appliances , glasses, dish ware, etc. The view from the patio was nice. The unit was decorated with a beachy feel and was clean.

Nice Condo - Elevators are an issue

We loved the condo and location. However, the building only has 4 elevators for the entire 22 floors. It would take up to 20 minutes to catch one. The condo was a bit outdated but the location was fantastic.

Just okay

I loved not needing to take linens. Unit was clean but in disrepair. Blinds were missing sections on window next to walkway and the front blinds did not work properly. Carpet was stained. Bathrooms and kitchen were very outdated with kitchen cabinets falling apart and bathtub faucet difficult to adjust. Fine unit otherwise, but for the cost per night l would have expected a little more upgrades.

Golden Sands 1102

The view of ocean. The amenities of the condo is amazing. The condo was outdated, the shower was porcelain with a terrible shower head. The shower faucets are not up to code and a child could easily burn themselves. My husband couldn’t shower for fear of slipping. Will stay at Golden Sands but a different condo next year.
