Make the most of your waterfront location with optional add-on boat slip access, or just kick back on the private deck and take in the views when you make this home your choice for an Ocean City getaway. Situated on the north side of town, you'll enjoy easy beach access and convenient proximity to both Maryland and Delaware attractions. When you're not soaking up sun and fun at the beach or on the water, you'll find the condo well-furnished for family comfort. The full kitchen makes it easy to plan and prepare home-cooked meals while home essentials like central air-conditioning, free WiFi, and a private washer/dryer come equipped for a truly carefree vacation experience. Things to Know There is free parking for 1 car. Check-in time: 4:00 PM Check-out time: 10:00 AM All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

Great Vacation
We just came back from Ocean City and had a wonderful time. We love the unit we stayed in. It was so very dog friendly and the owners are absolutely wonderful along with the community itself. The unit had everything you needed, and the beds were very comfortable, the location was perfect. Usually after being at the beach for a week, we are ready to go home, but We enjoyed staying there so much that we were really not ready to leave yet. We will definitely be back and thank you to the owners of the unit Frank and Denise for a lovely week.
