The proprerty is in a nice location, easily accessible to the beach via a private walkway or by the main street entrance. It has an elevator & a convenient "trash chute" where your bags get deposited to the ground floor dumpster.
The unit itself was not in the best shape. The bedroom air conditioner register did not work. We attempted to open the vent but the vent lever didn't work and the cover was missing screws so it came free from the wall. Being asked to keep the temperature at 70 with the bedroom vent not working was sort of unbearable. There's a hole in the wall by the bed. Another tenants used socks under the bed. The flooring doesn't reach the walls by the balcony doors. There are 4 plastic chairs on the balcony & two were stacked so I took them apart but this was done on purpose because the one underneath was not clean & in bad shape.
There were kitchen basics but the dishwasher did not seem to clean well, it may need a filter cleaning.
The bedroom TV remote didn't work. There was a note that said "TV remote does not work, use power strip plug. May need batteries" but why would I have to do that? The kitchen drawers had signed deposit checks in them from the rental co. & personal mail items.
The bedroom light switch doesn't work. There is a hole in the screen door.
Other than that it was fine. Average or a bit below for the price offered compared to others I've rented.
