*PLEASE NOTE: This property does not allow group rentals to guests under the age of 25. Must be 25 years old to rent and must be one of occupants.

Starting the last week in June through September the property is only available for weekly rentals with a Saturday check-in.
Three night minimum during off-season.

The unit is on the 3rd floor and has 2 reserved parking spaces.

Rent this beautiful 2,000 square foot condo in downtown Ocean City. Great location near the inlet, on the corner of Wicomico and Philadelphia. Walk to the beach, boardwalk, local bars and restaurants. Just across the street is Dumser's home made ice cream.

Linens are NOT included (sheets/towels). Guests have the option of bringing linens or purchasing linen service. Toilet paper, soaps, cleaning supplies, trash bags and paper towel are provided.

What a beautiful, well maintained condo! It was conveniently located near the boardwalk. Communication with the owner was easy and she made sure we had all the check in information days before arrival. All the rooms are large and everything was in excellent working condition. We have stayed in many places in Ocean City over the years and this was the best one with nothing needed to make it the perfect place.

A home away from home

I love this property. We go every year. It's become our home away from home. Everything is perfect when we arrive. They think of everything to ensure your comfort. It is close to everything. After we do our grocery shopping we park the car and walk everywhere. Church, restaurants, shopping, Rides, arcades. I look forward to it every year.

Beautiful condo and a short walk to the beach and boardwalk

The condo was beautiful and well stocked with everything for cooking, going to the beach and a notebook with everything available in the area. It is a short walk to the beach and boardwalk where there’s always something to do. We did a boat tour to see the fireworks over the ocean which was beautiful and just a short walk to the dock. We were there for the week of July 4th and had 2 assigned parking spots, luckily we only had 1 vehicle because when we came back from dinner before going for fireworks someone had parked in one of our spots ( there were 2 other renters at the same time that encountered the same problem). There’s a sign in the building that says parking is strictly enforced and ro ca the city for problems, they told us to call the towing company (who is also listed on the sign) and they in turn told us they can’t do anything unless the owner themselves call…needless to say the strict parking policy was not enforced. I don’t know what we would have done if we had brought 2 vehicles because it was a zoo with people coming to watch the fireworks. We rented linen which was more convenient than having to bring all of that as well, but a bit pricey. Everything was clean but we aren’t sure if the mattress covers, pillows and comforters were washed between renters. We had a bed we weren’t using that had dirty pillows and there were popcorn kernels/crumbs on the bed. After removing my sheets, there was a lot of hair on the mattress protector. Had a great time!

We loved this condo! It is HUGE. And so clean! We never moved the car once parked. The balcony is a dream. The kitchen is well stocked, the ac works great. We hope to stay again next year if the host will let us. She is wonderful- attentive and gives all info so you don’t even have questions.

We have been coming to Ocean City forever and this is the first time we stayed down close to the boardwalk. We loved being able to walk to the boardwalk and local shoppes without having to drive. The location was perfect for family and younger children. It was a lovely area. We also enjoyed the condo itself. More than enough room for everyone!! The condo had everything you needed and more. Very clean and very spacious. I sent an email to Linda to let her know how much we enjoyed her place. I would definitely go back there again!! It was a great vacation!

Comfortable downtown condo close to lots!

We enjoyed a great stay at this condo! From the start, the owner responded very quickly to questions. Location is great for us.... We like to be close to the action, but not right in the middle of it! It was simple to park and enter upon arrival. The condo is comfortable. One room was great for our boys (we had 4 but you could have fit more!), plus two private bedrooms for the adults! The kitchen has everything you need. Just bring your sheets and towels!
