Teen birthday weekend

Location was great! Right on the boardwalk, property was clean and staff were friendly. Overall great experience we will definitely be coming back, price was great especially with the Location.

Nice place in a great location

Everything was as advertised and clean. The on-site attendant continually checked up on us, making sure we were enjoying our stay and had everything we needed. Convenient to virtually everything downtown. Would recommend and would stay again.

Great location and communication, smooth stay! Some minor upgrades may be needed.

We liked the location and communication from Christina. She was very prompt for all the question, very smooth check in and check out. Location is perfect to beach, boardwalk or eat! Little upgrades is needed in the bathroom, a exhost would be good. Also some floor mats would be good to keep the house neat during the stay. Would recommend it to others.

Great for a long weekend

Booked for a last-minute long weekend trip to the beach. The unit was functional and clean, and the building is in a great location, right on the Boardwalk. It’s an older building and some things could use updating, specifically the shower and shower head. The bedrooms would also benefit from some blackout curtains as the sun is shining in very bright and early and the blinds do not really block any light. Daniella was super helpful checking us in, helping us carry our luggage upstairs, and responding to questions. Overall, I was very pleased with this stay and was glad my family was able to book this for our trip!

Great location and great communication

Overall a nice place in a perfect spot right on the beach. 4th Ave, right in the heart of the action. We couldn’t be more pleased. Clean comfortable room with perfect access to the beach. Kadesha was so friendly to us. Great value too.
