Location is best part of this property. Parking is bad, rooms need updated some. But staff seemed friendly at times.

The hotel experience was great . The only downfall was parking . It wasn’t a big deal but you had to walk a block to get to your car. The parking lot filled up fast. The staff were very friendly and the experience was great . The boardwalk is right outside the hotel . Made it very convenient to get too quickly . I would definitely recommend it if you want somewhere on the boardalk to stay.

Staff was inconsistent about rules. We were told by the staff we can have a late checkout for a charge. In the morning we were told by other staff that we could not have a late checkout. We had to rush out of there by 11!

I liked the dining options. There was a restaurant in the lobby of the hotel and the boardwalk was very close. We had parking right by the door even though that wasn’t the designated parking area. We got a big fridge, a sink, microwave, and a cooking top. If you want to cook you have all you need. The view of the sunset was also great from our room.

It was in a great spot and next to the beach. Parking was okay we got one space and found free parking on the street for our other car. The toilet knob was broken but they fixed it right away, and the door to our room would scrape along the ground making a very loud noise. We let the staff know about it but they didn’t care too much about

Really nice place to stay. Spotlessly clean rooms. Friendly staff. The pools and spa, while shallow are very nice. Food options nearby are fantastic. Only negatives are the towels dont feel great and the elevator might aswell be ignored due to it being slow and packed 24/7. Great deal, will definitely be back.

I did not the room we were given. It was hard to get into our as a vending was in the way. We were told we have a room to see the ocean but had a room looking at the garage cans.

Very good location only the rooms are congested the beds are very uncomfortable and tiny. No mattress only spring. No good feel. Price is so high as compare to the quality. No towels no room service. The toilet papers they gave us were 2 and they got finished. I had to ask them for more since we stayed for 3 days above all there’s a hidden resort fee that they asked us to pay at checking in. I would never go back there.

Location on the beach and boardwalk is great. Walk out the front door of the hotel onto the boardwalk, and a few more steps onto the beach.
