Beautifully decorated, and everything but the stairway carpet was quite clean and new. Design of the unit had good flow and there was plenty of space for our family of 6 adults to stay before and after the 3 day Ocean's Calling music festival. The only reason I am not giving the property 5 stars is the kitchen amenities and a couple other items. Luckily we did not have to prepare meals due to our schedule, but we did make breakfast and late night munchies and had to improvise around the lack of a cutting board, corkscrew ,baking sheets and serving dishes. Since the property is new, they may not have gotten all the items stocked yet. I'd also recommend towel bars or hooks in the bathrooms and ceiling fans, or at least box fans for the bedrooms. Overall a nice experience and the managment company was helpful and easy to deal with!
