One parking space is under cover and one is in the building parking lot. There are Smart TVs in the living room and bedroom so you can stream your favorite shows with your login credentials. A coin operated laundry room is also available to use in the building. Grab breakfast at very popular Bayside Skillet or go to dinner at Saltwater 75, Ropewalk, and more, all just a short distance away. There is an elevator in the building for easy access too. **Sorry, no rentals to groups under the age of 25 and no Senior Week groups. Parents are not allowed to rent on behalf of children under the age of 25 and there are no exceptions to this rule. Also, this is a non-smoking property and does not allow pets, sorry.
***Linens are not provided but can be rented separately for $99.65. A complete linen set includes sheets and pillowcases for each bed and a towel set for each occupant. You can add this option when you make your reservation if you choose to do so. Guests must supply all soaps and paper products.
