Cute place

Seaside was a very nice little condo our family of 3 stayed in ! Pool was wonderful and a great short few steps to the beach ! The neighbors who lived in the other condos were very friendly/ kind and even let us pet there dogs ☺️! The only thing we would say that was unfortunate during our stay was the coffee pot was broken when we went to make coffee when we first arrived but the Vacasa staff were very helpful / fast and replaced it for us , so yes a great place to stay !

OCMD Vacation

We arrived right at check-in time. Unit was clean and ready. Well maintained and modern. WiFi was great, tv was great. View is awesome. Pool is wonderful. Have been coming to this very building for 43 years. Can’t go wrong on 66 street! Close to everything and a market across the street.

We were in town less than 48 hours for a cheer competition, so more of a business trip than pleasure. The good: ~it is super cute and clean ~it was adequately stocked with everything you need ~stackable washer/dryer ~this particular condo had a nice balcony with the view of the ocean ~up-to-date appliances Not so good: ~so there was this smell...it kind of smelled like moth balls. We looked everywhere for the source of the smell, but couldn't find it...I feel like there was something in the air ducts? We never reached out the property manager since we weren't in the condo much. The bad (for our family): ~ the beds were like sleeping on the ground. My husband and I are in our 50's and we woke up every morning very achy. My 18-year-old daughter never complained ~ the designated parking spot for unit was the deal breaker for us. It was close to the building (the opposite end of the entrance to the parking lot). We drive an Ford F150 truck with an extended cab and are used to tight spots. We were able to get in and out with no problem, but that's because we were only one of 3 cars in the parking lot. If it were peak season, we wouldn't be able to maneuver in and out of the spot...other cars would prevent us from fitting. To accommodate all the condos in the building, they have spots very close together and some going in different directions. It's hard for me to describe in words, but I can tell you this would prevent us from renting here again unfortunately.

Book Now!! You won’t regret it.

The location of this house is super convenient. Located directly on the beach with access to stores, activities and all that is necessary to make your stay easy, budget friendly and relaxing. Entering into the house , you are greeted by light from the patio and a spacious and clean living room. It is beautifully decorated and relaxing. The essentials were all there to get you started!! The communication was excellent and suggestions on activities nearby were so much appreciated. We stayed for 3 nights/4 days and even tbe residents were sweet and suggested other places for us to explore.

Updates are good but could be great

I enjoyed the rental but there were some thing that I thought could improve the experience. The living room furniture was very old and the pullout was borderline nightmarish. A chair was broken and sealing needs to done bathroom. But over the rental was clean and organized.

Very clean and super cute

The kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed to cook for a family. Brightly decorated and in a great location, check in and out was super easy. We really loved the books and board games available to us.

Great view, very cozy

Pros: We love that most of the building is owners that spend their summers there so they all know each other and quickly included us and treated us like good friends as well. Love the view from the balcony and the short walk to the beach. Love the beachy decor and bright white kitchen. Love the pool - water was a nice temperature in late August. The assigned parking space for the unit is one of the closest spots to the condo - very convenient. Short walk to some good restaurants, stores, and a grocery store. So nice to have a washer and dryer in the unit. Love the coded access to the room so no key to keep track of and didn’t need need to see anyone to get into our room when we got there. Cons: The floor, although very pretty, was filthy. Our feet were black within minutes after a shower just from walking around inside our unit. When we opened the sofa bed we could see that under the couch hadn’t been swept lately - lots of crumbs, a random bowl, just grossness. The carpet in the bedroom and the rug in the living room needed to be vacuumed. The door on the bathroom appeared to be a “primed, ready for paint” door that was never painted and has water spots on it from the wetness of the bathroom - not a huge deal but puts a damper on an overall nice appearing unit. So overall, we were VERY pleased with the unit and had a great stay. The only thing we’d love to see improvement on for our trip back next year is a step up in the cleaning department. Thoroughly cleaned floors would make our stay considerably more comfortable and enjoyable.

Our family of 6 enjoyed our stay. Great location, clean, and all the amenities you need. Friendly and helpful staff. The pull-out sofa bed was uncomfortable but in our experience that’s the norm. Would definitely recommend and would stay again.

We had a great time during our stay. Condo is located just steps from the beach. The condo was clean. If i could change some thing it will be the bedroom curtain. It didn’t cover at all. You cam see outside or inside. Also, there is a light outside that shines right at your face.

Clean and well maintained. Easy short walk to the beach. Nice Balcony view of ocean despite being side Balcony and beach block. Size is as advertised and was fine for our small family of 4.

Great Ocean City Location

Check in process was easy, was provided a door code to get in. Everything was clean and the owner took the proper precautions to make us feel comfortable and at ease through COVID-19. The location of the condo is great, steps from the beach and steps from restaurants and stores. Also has a pool in case you want to take a break from the beach. I will definitely book again!!!
