Situated just two miles south of the state line, this charming condo makes it easy to spend days along the shoreline, with the added convenience of walkable neighborhood restaurants. Brew a cup of morning coffee and prepare favorite recipes in the condo's well-equipped kitchen. A dining table for six offers an ideal perch to gather for meals and board game nights. The sunlit living area features a TV and a sleeper sofa, with a sliding wall provided to give guests privacy. Step outside to your furnished third-floor balcony that overlooks the ocean waters. Breathe in the fresh coastal air while you dine alfresco or sip evening cocktails.



    During your stay at Fountainhead Towers, you'll enjoy access to a plethora of on-site amenities. Rinse off in the outdoor showers after beach days and lounge by the shared outdoor pool with a vacation read. Or, head to the tennis court where you can practice your back swing. A private walkway to the beach provides added convenience.

    Ocean City has adopted a noise control ordinance that makes it unlawful to cause or permit noise levels which exceed those established by the Department of the Environment of the State of Maryland (COMAR 26.02.03.02) or are in violation of Chapter 30, Article V of the Town Code. It shall be a violation of this agreement and grounds for eviction under Maryland law if these noise levels are exceeded as a result of activity on this property. Ocean City has other noise ordinances, which are criminal offenses if violated.

The property was as described in the photos. Ease of picking up & returning welcome packet after hours was a simple process with all instructions provided. Lobby check in for parking, we were met with friendly Lobby staff who also provided answers and helpful insight on local attractions. Bus line you ride for 4.00 , cash only, all day is just steps from parking lot! Unit was ready. walk in and drop our bags to go to the beach!! Pool access required pool tags. Unit has new appliances. Enjoy your stay!!

Disappointed in this condo. The unit was clean enough on the interior, with the exception of the closets and balconies which were not clean. All beds were wonky, not uncomfortable, but, not level with the floor. We were in MD for a music festival, on the 2nd night we arrived after midnight & the condo building was locked, no guard to be found, no keyhole was found that would accept the lobby key received at checkin. No instructions were provided on how or where to use the key. We called the rental company, we’re placed on hold for long enough that we started searching for other doors that would accept a key. We tried the key in a solid steel door in a private parking area, and were able to get in the building and then into the unit. When the rep came back on the line, we were told that they didn’t have any special instructions on how/where to use the key. The unit could use a facelift, it’s showing its age, needs some loving care. Checkin process was easy, the guard we saw at checkin was nice, friendly, and very helpful.
