Our stay was wonderful! The room we stayed in was a little small for two very active toddlers, but there's so much to do- two pools, a toddler swim area, a play ground, and the beach was a very short walk. The older two loved the bunk beds, and the mirror wall! The view from our bedroom and balcony was incredible! Overall, very clean, friendly staff, and super relaxed! Would definitely stay again!

Great Stay!

First time staying at Sea Watch; highly recommended for families! The condo and location of Sea Watch to the beach, restaurants and a few shops worked great for us. Our condo was clean and comfortable. A few small updates would only be an improvement in the particular condo we stayed in. Will be back next summer! :)

Really Awesome place

Loved the beautiful view of the ocean throughout the whole apartment practically. Also partial views of the bay & the street view even nice. There is so much to do on the property. Even a restaurant although it's closed off season so we didn't get to try the food. The house was clean!!!! & No bad smells furniture was too & comfy. Staff was friendly. Plenty of stores & eatery close by within walking distance. We loved it & will definitely be returning . My Only cons =the screen door when you enter slams very loudly from the wind when you come in & out every time!! Annoying & the master bedroom bathroom door is weird & feels like your going to be locked in there ...by the 3rd night I finally figured out how to get out on the first try 😆 the other bedroom TV only worked for one station. Remotes didn't work. We changed batteries and still wouldn't change channel

Great condo!

2nd time staying in room 903; Great condo! Comfy beds. Has most essentials in the kitchen to cook a quick breakfast or lunch. Love the view! The only complaint is; we wish they would upgrade the vacuum. Upon check in, there was so much sand remaining on the floors in the den and living room areas.. that using the broom was all we could do as the vacuum did nothing. I was able to get a good amount of it, but was still annoying sticking to our feet all the time.

Condo could use some updating, a better selection of glassware and kitchen utensils (serving spoons, spactuals etc), and maybe a Keurig. A little more time could have been put into the cleaning. But overall the room served its purpose.

There were quite a few issues that made this a less than ideal stay. First, before we arrived we were gobsmacked with a $50 parking fee the day before we arrived where we were told to make sure we printed it out, or else. Once printed, the majority of the papers were to inform us that smoking is 100% prohibited on the entire property and that violators will be shot on sight! (ok, not that severe but it was very lengthy and repetitive). Both of these important aspects should have been stressed when we still had time to cancel our stay. Once we arrived at this sprawling community. we were not given much direction on what to do/where to go. We found the manager's office and were just handed our keys and sent on our way. We were not given any information on the amenities at the property nor were we told where to find our room until we asked. There were a lot of activities on the resort including swimming pools, theatre, gym, sauna, and pickle ball court. However, all of these venues were locked up tight with signs stating to get the key from the office (not our property office but the building office that we found a day before leaving). Upon entering our condo, we immediately saw that the mirrored wall had a giant smear on it of something gross from top to bottom. The master bedroom toilet did not flush because the piece inside was completely broke off. Therefore I had to take the tank lid off and lift it myself to flush. I was not aware that there was grease on the outside of the tank and ended up with it all over my fingers. I then also found mold in the master closet. I went to the office to inform them of these issues and to give them credit a quite unfriendly maintenance man came up right away and fixed the toilet. He also "fixed" the mold which I am assuming was done by painting over it, essentially "hiding" the mold. We ran out of toilet paper and went and asked for more and were told "you are on your own". This also would have been nice to know before arriving. Lastly, the indoor pool closed due to a thunderstorm and they did not have anybody to open it back up until well over an hour after the storm passed. On a positive note, the balcony provided us with breathtaking views of both the ocean and the bay. As you can imagine, when we were in our rooms, that is where we spent the majority of our time. It was a fun vacation regardless and the beds/bedding were clean, which is all we really needed so "meh" to the stay but "YAY" to OCMD!

Great stay!

The condo was great- very comfortable and had everything we needed. The sea watch is a great building for families, and the Vacasa team was super helpful!

Disappointed

Found dirty underwear and socks under bed, under sofa bed hasn't been cleaned for a year, air conditioning wasn't working (even after maintenance supposedly fixed it), never got check-in package of toilet paper, paper towels, etc until my daughter went to office and asked. Liked the hotel itself but not should I would stay again or recommend it.

Nice place for the week

Condo was very nice. Kids loved the bunk beds. Nice view of the ocean. Laundrybon site was very convenient. Only thing was that some of the dishes/cups provided were dirty. It would be nice if there was a safe in the room. Other than that, it was good room.
