Welcome to Riptide! This newly remodeled 1 bed, 1.5 bath oceanfront condo sleeps 4 with a king bed and queen sofabed. In North Ocean City, MD near great bars, restaurants and Northside Park. Imagine watching the sunrise from your private balcony, spending the day on the beach, then strolling to your favorite dinner spot... Sushi Cafe? Crab Bag? maybe Cafe Mirage? Then linger at Northside Park for the sunset before grabbing an ice cream at Dumser s and enjoying a quiet walk back to the condo.
Riptide is an oceanfront one bedroom, 1.5 bath condo with an electric fireplace, two large flat screen TVs and a fully stocked kitchen!
Linens and towels are included with booking!
Included:
-Linens for the King bed and Queen sofa bed
-Towel set for each registered guest (bath towel, hand towel, wash cloth). We are unable to supply additional towels, but there is a washer and dryer available for your use.
-A starter supply of: coffee, cooking oil, spices, paper towels, toilet paper
PLEASE NOTE: We get credited to replace soiled linens and towels, so please do not dispose of any! If any linens or towels are missing you will be charged a replacement fee.
RECOMMENDATION:
Please note that since we have a strict cancellation policy we strongly recommend that guests purchase travel insurance at time of booking.
MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay.
* At checkout, guests are expected to remove all trash and place bagged trash in the dumpster in the parking lot.
* If you have dirty dishes on the morning of checkout, please load the dishwasher and start a cycle with the provided dish detergent.
When checking out, please be sure to check all drawers/closets for any personal items. Shipping items back to you will incur a $35 fee + the cost of shipping.
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase travel insurance when booking. Please note, we do have a strict cancellation policy.
Cancellation Policy:
To receive a full refund, guests must cancel within 48 hours of booking, and the cancellation must occur at least 14 days before check-in.
If the guest cancels 14 or more days before check-in but not within 48 hours of booking, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel between 7 and 14 days before check-in, they'll be refunded 50% for all nights, plus the cleaning fee.
If they cancel after that, only the cleaning fee will be refunded.
