Awesome condo with outstanding views.

Private ocean and bay side balconies offer great sunrise and sunset views. Modernly furnished and equipped condo makes this a great place to relax. Would go back! 10/10

This is a beautiful condo in a great building. Could have been a bit cleaner but that is to be expected with these rentals. Overall very pleased.

1301 didn’t disappoint

The condo is beautiful! Very recently upgraded and very nice! Great location, kitchen was well equipped with everything needed to be comfortable. The only thing missing were kitchen towels, bath mats and a quality coffee pot. The kitchen had every amenity but needs a Keurig or decent coffee maker! Other than that, you won’t be disappointed.
