The view

Great space. Living room is the best set up we have had so far in multiple years of coming too ocean city. Comfortable furniture, a big tv, and an amazing view. Bed was comfortable too.

Very Nice Condo with a great view!

Great place, loved the view of the Ocean Sunrise from the porch every morning. Very clean and nicely kept. Everything was easy to use. 5 stars overall. Minor inconvenience was having to checkin at a different location and only being able to park 1 car.

Comfortable Condo

My family really enjoyed this condo on our week long beach trip. The location isn't too far from the boardwalk so it was a short drive. We liked having a less crowded beach area. The balcony and the chairs were nice and there were several out there so that we could sit together and enjoy the view. The common areas were open enough to feel like you could move around comfortably. The place was clean when we arrived and they supplied us with some household supplies. The washer and dryer was really helpful when staying for a week. We didn't run into any issues during our stay. Advice: bring extra supplies such as paper towels, toilet paper, laundry detergent, wash clothes, and chlorox wipes. We would totally rent this place again in the future.

Great Location!

Building is located in a nice part of town. Lots of shops and restaurants walkable. Balcony views can’t be beat. Bathrooms have been redone so they should update the pictures for the listing. Everything was neat and tidy but the condo was in need of a deep clean. Would stay again!

We LOVED this unit and building. We’ve stayed at many condo rentals and this was by far the best! Wish we could buy this unit. It was very clean, kitchen was fully stocked, bathrooms were beautiful with new tiled showers/walls and glass doors. (Not part of the listing pictures). Being a smaller high rise in between lower rise buildings made the beach less crowded. The pool was huge and heated with a 9 ft deep end and there was always plenty of parking. Would definitely stay here again and hope to.

Amazing views and comfy living

Seeing dolphins from our balcony was a higlight! As well as having a pool and some great restaurants and a grocery store within walking distance. The beds were comfy and the extra living space by the entry was awesome for our kids to have another spot to hang out and watch TV. Kitchen is fully stocked with anything you'd need to cook - even a knife that's actualyl sharp enough to use! (I've never found one of these in another rental) Great location to be between the boardwalk and also not far from Northside park, which we loved for crabbing. The bedrooms could use an update, but we didn't spend much time there. The balcony was amazing but could also use an update with comfier furniture. I wouldn't let those things step you - this place was great!

Minor Issues but Location is Awesome

My family of 6 enjoyed the condo, and it was more spacious than I thought it would be. I felt comfy letting the kids go back to the condo, without me, if they were done at the beach. Our minor issues were: wifi did not work, no hot water in the main bathroom's sink, the garbage disposal didn't work, and some clothes under some beds, left behind by previous renter. Again, very minor, but on the raining day we couldn't watch TV. Could use some touch ups. Overall, we'd stay again.

Holiday weekend

Condo was beautifully decorated and clean. Tons of room for additional sleeping. Cable did not work in the room and never got fixed after 4 days of being on the phone with management- they kept saying they would come and no one did. Really wasted a lot of time with my family on my birthday weekend. They key broke in the pool lock and again- no one ever gave us a new one- days of being on the phone with different people. We have been coming to sea terrace for 5 years and never had a problem with management until now- very dissapointing. Other than that our weekend was amazing.
