Beware of additional Vacasa Fees

The unit we stayed in was comfortable but when booking I did not realize we would have to pay VRBO and VACASA fees. We were told that we could pay for additional parking, which was not the case. Apparently there are serious structural issues with the pool deck so the parking below it is at this time unavailable. Communication with Vacasa was poor, we called to report the AC was not working and instructed to turn the unit off for a few hours. We were told if that did not work they would send someone out the next day. The following day we had not heard back from anyone so my husband called them again and was told they had no record of our calls. I will rent from VRBO again but am disappointed Coldwell Banker (who we used for years) sold out to Vacasa.
