Loved the Plaza

For years we have stayed at a different property down the street but we are so glad we made the switch to the Plaza. It was a great facility and having the beach bar and music right on the property was key!

The condo had a great ocean view, spacious, clean and updated. It was very family friendly and quiet. We enjoyed the pools and being right on the beach. All the staff at the condo was welcoming, never any wait with the elevators.

I loved the updated unit. A lot of blues and white making the unit feel very large. A lot of space. Great bedroom sizes, spacious bathrooms, fabulous kitchen with prep space, and a den. Fantastic ocean view with a great size balcony.

Great Condo with Even Better Views

The property was exactly as described in the listing and we enjoyed it very much. The view from the balcony was amazing and I enjoyed my morning coffee out there every day. I would definitely recommend this property to other people looking for a relaxing get away. We especially appreciated the location, it was far enough away from the boardwalk that the beaches weren't overcrowded, but close enough where you could easily take the 15 minute drive to join in the shopping and night life.

The place was very clean and simple. Had everything we needed. Only bad thing was both screens doors were broken when we arrived. The main one, was laying on the balcony when we arrived and the bedroom one was VERY tough to even slide. I would definitely stay here again.

The condo was beautiful and nicely decorated. 1. The condo was not very clean which was disappointing. 2. Check in process very inconvenient after a long drive. 3. Door code did not work half the time and had to get keys.

Although the unit had a few good upgrades, there was a square hole cut out in the ceiling in the den with some kind of electrical box and wires showing with no cover over it. I would consider that a safety issue. And the check-in process with Vacasa was not a good customer experience and extremely frustrating.

The unit we stayed in was very nice, but the rest of the property needs some maintenance. The unit was clean, but could've been cleaner. Blankets, towels, paper towels, dishes, utensils and everything we needed was provided for us, which was nice. The pool and hot tub were open 24/7 and staff was friendly
