Great views

I loved the balcony. The beds were great. Lots of room. The beach was not crowded. The chair service on the beach was great. The private access to the beach was very nice. Would stay there again.

Beach house

It was dated but very clean and amazing balcony. The ocean view was beautiful. Would definitely stay there again. The beds were not very comfortable and there are lots of stairs to get into the unit but everything else was perfect. Location couldn’t have been better .

Great property!

Beautiful views & great location! Beds & furniture were a little uncomfortable but you don't go to OC to stay inside! Vacasa originally tried to give me the wrong keys but i noticed the description on the envelope (should've had 2 keys on each ring) didn't match what they tried to give me.

Family Reunion Beach Bonfire!

We loved the location of this condo and the views of the beach were amazing!! It was so relaxing to have morning coffee and evening cocktails on the balcony. Extremely close to my sisters d brothers condo so we could walk to visit! I would definitely book again. Only issue was it was a bit outdated as far as decor/kitchen but everything was clean so I didn’t really mind the nostalgia of the place. Outlets needed an update also. Other than that we really loved everything about the condo.

Did not disappoint!

Our 1st time in Ocean City, MD. Our family came in for USSSA Eastern National Softball tournament and decided to stay in Ocean City. We had a wonderful time and are so glad we visited.

Despite getting battered by the outer bands of a hurricane for the first couple of days of our vacation, me and my family had an incredible trip, due in great part to the condo. The online description is accurate, the main room and deck provide amazing ocean views, and the host was responsive and helpful. The private beach access is great- the beach itself is beautiful, and definitely more laid back than south Ocean City. I am back one day and already miss drinking my morning coffee on the deck. The condo's close proximity to great restaurants and activities in both Delaware and Maryland is also a plus. We look forward to staying here again!

We loved our stay!

My family and I stayed at this location for several nights and we highly recommend this place. The balcony has to be one of the largest balconies in the area. It has a beautiful view and lots of space. The living room has amazing light and is a very pleasant place to rest. The remainder of the apartment is spacious. The Vacasa staff was friendly when I reached out to them. No human reached out to me but I was receiving constant information via email and text. We loved our stay and would come back!

Perfect beach vacation!

This place was such a perfect home away from home for our family of 5. Great location, not too close to the busy boardwalk, but a quick drive gets you there. We stayed during July 4th week, and it was busier than usual, I’m sure. I bet the beach wouldn’t usually be as busy as it was on a non-holiday, but it was still manageable. The deck area is wonderful. We spent a good amount of our time out there. The condo was fairly clean, aside from some much needed dusting on decor items/blinds. My kids loved the room to room intercom/radio. We’d have the radio playing quietly throughout the whole condo! Old school sound system! The bedrooms were roomy with plenty of storage space, and the beds were so comfortable! Lots of extra pillows/sheets and blankets provided. The bathrooms were perfectly nostalgic, as well as clean and spacious. The available shampoo/conditioner/body soap was nice. Getting to the beach is fairly easy, through the front of the house and then out a locked gate (you need to carry a key for that). There’s a semi-private beach path shared by close neighbors which was nice. There were beach chairs, an umbrella, and a boogie board for guest use. I wish we knew that ahead of time. I wouldn’t have brought our beach chairs. The kitchen was clean and functional. There were lots of books, DVDs, and a few board games and puzzles available for guest use. Overall a great place to stay. We’d love to come back!

Beautiful view but very dated

We had to wait an hour to check in because the keys were not in the lockbox. That was very frustrating since we drove over 3 hours. Then we got into the unit only to discover it had NOT been cleaned. Our email stated the unit was clean and ready at 4 pm. At 5:45 my family of 5 had to leave to allow the cleaning person to clean. We went out to dinner. We finally were settled in by 8:15. Not a great start to our vacation. The oceanfront view from the balcony and private beach access are what sells this condo. It is very dated inside. We read a previous review and knew to bring our own pans, knives and cutting board. The oven was awful, it burned a few meals so be careful. The garage could not fit 2 medium sized cars as advertised.

North OC Beachfront Duplex

The wrap around porch with partial awning on the 2nd floor is a perfect height for privacy but you still feel like you’re on the beach. The apartment’s layout is great for two couples. It was very clean and well-appointed. Kitchen was better equipped than any other condo we’ve tried. Only drawback. my husband injured his knee right before we arrived, so 2 flights of stairs w. luggage and supplies was a bit of a challenge. Regardless, he loved the space and location and said it was worth it, and we’d definitely book it again.

Awesome view and location.....but....

The wrap around beach front deck, all window great room, and location is what you are paying for....everything else is outdated from the 70's. It was clean, but pots, pans, cooking utensils, just about worthless. The blinds in the great room do not turn to block out the sun, and most of the outlets are stripped and plugs don't stay in. The location and view sells this place......
