Situated on the 14th floor, the views from this two-bedroom, one-and-a-half-bath unit are absolutely spectacular — and with a private oceanfront balcony, you'll have your own spot to enjoy them any time of day.

The main bedroom is a true highlight, with a queen bed and floor-to-ceiling windows that frame the ocean like a living painting. You'll want to sleep with the curtains open. The second bedroom features a twin bed with a trundle underneath, offering flexible sleeping arrangements that work great for families or groups. With a full kitchen, in-unit laundry, and plenty of living space, this condo has everything you need to settle in and stay a while.

Packing light is easy here. All linens are taken care of — sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels, washcloths, and bath mats are all provided. You'll also find a starter supply of toiletries including soap, shampoo, conditioner, toilet paper, and paper towels, plus cooking basics like spices, oil, and coffee supplies to get your first morning started right. Cleaning supplies are available in the unit as well.

As a guest at Golden Sands, you'll have access to a fantastic range of building amenities year-round, including an indoor pool, fitness center, sauna, game room, and a top-floor lounge with incredible views. Summer guests can also enjoy the outdoor pool, sun deck, tennis court, and volleyball court. Elevators make getting around the building effortless.

Upon booking confirmation, guests will be sent a digital rental agreement to sign. This agreement must be signed in order to access the property. The agreement contains the following information:

Guests must remove trash and start the dishwasher with any dirty dishes at checkout.
No Smoking Pets: Smoking inside the property is prohibited. Service Animals are permitted, pets are not.
Noise Parties: No excessive noise or parties. Please respect neighbors.
Property Care: Guests must maintain the property in good condition and report any damages immediately.
Balcony Railings: Towels and clothing may not be hung on balcony railings.
The minimum age to book is 25. The person who books must stay at the property.
Guests are responsible for damages beyond normal wear and tear.
Quiet hours: 10pm-6am

Cancellation Policy:
For a full refund, you'll have to cancel at least 30 days before check in. If you cancel 7-30 days before check in, you'll receive a 50% refund. If cancelling within 7 days, no refund will be issued.

Before you head out:
1. Take out the trash.
2. Load and start the dishwasher.
3. Check for any personal belongings. Shipping items to your address will result in a minimum $35 fee.

MINIMUM AGE REQUIREMENT: You must be at least 25 years old to rent this unit. Any guests who are minors must be accompanied by a parent or guardian for the duration of the stay.
