Oceanside, newly renovated condo!

Canvasback 209 is a newly renovated condo. Convenient mid-town location. Spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo located on 47th Street Oceanside. Beautifully furnished, this unit comfortably accommodates up to 8 people. Living room has a large flat screen TV and comfortable sofa, which can be used as a queen size bed.

Newly remodeled kitchen with updated appliances and granite countertops is fully stocked with all your cooking needs. 4 bar stools and a 7 foot dining table ensure that there is plenty of room for casual or family gatherings.

Master bedroom has a king size bed and the second room offers two doubles, both rooms have flat screen TV and new flooring. Complimentary Wi-Fi is provided for your convenience. Unit has stacked full-size washer and dryer.

A large deck provides outdoor seating so you can relax and enjoy after a full day at the beach.

Perfect location is steps from the beach, across from the new hot spot Red, Red Wine and down the block from Seacrets. Nearby are numerous other bayside restaurants, as well as Jolly Rodger's Amusement Park, mini-golf, boat & jet ski rental and shopping.

This property does not allow pets or smoking. Shoreline Properties rents to families and responsible individuals over the age of 25.

Perfect location, perfect condo. Beautifully renovated kitchen. All beds very comfortable. Love the giant end unit porch! Will definitely book again!

Description not accurate, need a new cleaner

The cleaners need to do better. When we got there, we had to sweep all the floors due to all the sand. There was sand on the duvet covers on the beds, showing they hadn't been washed since the last tenant. The owner needs to get new pillows. There are several pillows with disgusting stains on them. The king size bed leans towards the middle, something isn't right with that. On Wednesday, we did a load of laundry. After the wash load was done, we discovered the clothes smelled horrible! The washer has obviously not been cleaned in a very long time. Very disappointing since we don't pack a lot thinking that we will be able to wash clothes. In the listed amenities is a grill, not sure where that was at. Also I would hardly say this is "ocean view", not unless you want to lean out over the balcony railing! We have stayed at other properties in OC, but we will not be coming back to this one.

Labor Day Weekend

Easy check-in. Perfect location with the beach just a few steps away. Morning walks everyday. Great location with everything a short walk away. Nice 2br, will definitely stay here again with the family.

Great place, busy location

The house was very nice. The only complaint, which has nothing to w the house, is that the location is very busy and there’s a fence so you can’t just walk across the street without going a block or two down first. Not a big deal though
