Great Ocean City rental

Rating Details: The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: This home is well taken care of. My family of 4 was comfortable here. In the morning we watched the fox across the way hunt squirrels. There was lots of birds, jelly fish and overall beauty. The beach was a bit of a walk but on an electric scooter it was quick and painless. My only partially negative feedback is that the master mattress probably should be replaced. We did very much enjoy our stay though. Thank you

Just okay

Location was nice but we will not be staying here again. It was not clean.. There were flakes of mold coming from bathtub drains, kitchen cabinets had sticky film, dishes needed cleaned again before using, garbage disposal smelled horrible, etc. There were also multiple pieces of furniture and other objects that were broken or almost broken. The seats on the deck outside at the table were dry rotted and not safe to sit in, piece of cabinet was taped on, bathroom light was hanging off of the ceiling above the shower. The beds were also uncomfortable and very noisy and the shower heads were terrible. This property appears nicer in photos than in person. It is a nice property and has potential but needs work and was not worth what we paid.
