Check in and check out we’re super easy and Kelly was super responsive when we had questions. The beds are very squeaky with even the slightest move. Everyone had some trouble sleeping. And the bed next to the bathroom in the master bedroom.., the headboard is not attached to the bed as it should be so when we moved the bed a bit to put the sheets on, it was falling on us. The bedrooms have minimal lighting which makes them feel dark and gloomy- can’t open the curtains because this unit is on the 1st floor. Better lighting would help.Had trouble with outlets in both bedrooms- some do not seem to work.We used the linen service- I don’t like doing this because you have to see the mattress pads and pillows uncovered- I will say that everything looked clean on this front which was nice with exception of a stain on the bed under the shelf.Couches are stained and pilly.The kitchen was fine but we did find some crumbs and a few yucky things in the floor and ceiling and walls. Love the balcony… maybe a couple more chairs out there. WiFi access was good. Cable tv was nice. Pool looked clean even though we didn’t get a chance to use it. Access to beach is amazing- great location and street parking was available every day which was remarkable!! Beach was also not super crowded on this street’s access point which was great! Loved the spigot to wash or feet on our way back from the beach.Grounds kept up very nicely.Consider moving the cigarette disposal thing- smells!
