Dirty , lied to about coming to help. We checked in on sunday was told thru text message ( i have them ) that somebody would come deliver fresh linens and check dishwasher out. That never happened. Stayed 3 nights , never came . Arrival dishwasher was full of dirty dishes , tried to run them the dishwasher was broken. Checked the cabinets for dishes , all dishes was dirty cups , everything. Pillows didnt have pillow cases for all the pillows laid out on the bed . Kids feet were black first day from floors. Just didnt appreciate being lied to about somebody coming thats all. Dont tell customers you are coming at all. That would have been better. Now the view is amazing , absolutely stunning .

The view is the absolute selling point on this property. The 5th floor ocean view balcony was amazing. Unfortunately, the unit cleanliness left much to be desired. The floors were filthy and left our feet and socks black. The outside of the appliances were not wiped clean. Found a bowl that was put away filthy, as if it was never washed and put away dirty. The pots/pans were not in the greatest of shapes as well. I was very disappointed in the cleanliness of the unit.

Would not ever stay again, not clean, key didn’t work and smoke detector missing..informed mgmt my,tip,w times and they said someone would be there to take care of it but stayed 4 nights and nothing.

I've been staying at this unit for the last 5 yrs and have to say I've never seen it this dirty. I had to sweep the sofa after pulling it out for sleep and it was covered with sand and dirt. Also swept under and behind for dust, dirt, and dead bugs. Because there is no screen on the doors to the balcony the bugs come in. Also the ac unit in the bedroom didn't work and smelled hot and I reported it and thought someone would come to at least check it out. I was told to try to fix it myself. I'm not paying to do cleaning and repairs to the unit. I've always been pleased and happy with this unit other years. I hope you correct this for future occupants. Also check the ac unit in the living room since it's very noisy and didn't seem to be working up to par

Great condo

Ocean front, reasonably appointed, linens and dish/laundry included was hugely beneficial. Check-in/out was very easy. In June, the building was fairly quiet, as well. I have very few suggestions for improvement - more details in the listing on Vacasa would have helped. I wasn’t sure if there was a coffee maker, for example, so I packed one unnecessarily. The toaster needs to be replaced - we had to hold the button down to make it work. A shelf in the main bathroom would be nice. A bar to secure the slider for families. Nothing major. We truly enjoyed our stay.

Great Location!

I found the unit to be in a great location with stunning views. It was excellent for 2 people but no more. It could have used a major cleaning before we arrived. We had to clean the porch furniture and sliding glass doors and some inside counters tables. Floors were a mess. We had to use the heat when we were there. At this time of year you may have to use the AC too. This unit has window units that were still sealed so that would have been impossible should we have needed it. The toaster was broken and did not work. The pots and pans in the kitchen need to be thrown out and upgraded and a set of casserole baking dishes need to be added. The bathrooms, bedrooms and decor was beautiful. Check in and out were a breeze the Vacasa staff were just WONDERFUL. Overall it was an OK trip. I feel like the owners were not ready for rental season and that it was still in the condition it was sealed up for in the Fall to prepare it for Winter. Time for a cleaning and refresh.

Perfect getaway

The best view of the ocean. I watched sunrises. Came for some alone quiet time and got just what I needed. The property rental experience was seamless and I’m already trying to figure out when I can come back. Thanks for a great experience.
