UNIT#305. Enjoy the beautiful ocean and bay views at our 2BR/2BA on the Lowest Living Level (3rd floor), one unit back from the ocean at The Quay in Ocean City, MD. Enjoy the porcelain tile in the great room, kitchen, hall, & bathrooms with vanities and accessories in bathrooms.

Oceanview Livingroom has 2 sofa (including 1 pullout sofa) and 2 chairs and has comfortable seating for 8 to watch DVD movie on a 52" Flatscreen television.

Dining Room has a table with 6 chairs and 5 bar stools at the counter.

Kitchen is fully equipped (even with a crockpot), has a FULL SIZE Stacked WASHER AND DRYER, and even has an oceanview from the kitchen.

Both bedrooms have oatmeal colored Berber carpet and has a King bed in the Master bedroom, and a Queen and Twin in the second bedroom- all with new mattresses and covers.

*** SPECIAL NOTE- BED SHEETS, BLANKETS & TOWELS ARE NOT PROVIDED, so PLEASE bring your own, Or Request to add the Linen Package for additional $150.00 (bed sheets, pillow cases and bath towels for 7 included).

Additionally, we also provide an infant/toddler bed, so you don't need to bring or rent one. The $59 administration fee is for the Waivo accidental breakage/damage Peace of mind insurance up to $1500 for your stay. Building amenities include HEATED outdoor and indoor pools, sauna, tennis court, ping pong tables and an arcade room, which include pool tables and a seasonal gift shop, breakfast and lunch sandwich & coffee shop onsite.

You could enjoy the Ocean View Sunrises right from your bedroom, living room, or balcony while you sip on your morning coffee or tea. Our unit is located on the 3rd floor, so getting to the beach and amenities can't get easier... All Indoor Amenities are located on the 2nd floor. Either take a quick elevator ride down or use the stairs to bypass all elevator users. The beach and sand is a 4 min partially air-conditioned walk from our unit. After taking the kids to the beach, stop by one of the heated pools and take a quick swim before dinner. If you opt to eat in, you'll be satisfied with our fully equipped kitchen. You'll be able to cook a wonderful meal and have enough space to eat with 6 seats at the dining room table and 5 stools at the counter. Our home is equipped with Free Wi-Fi and Premium Cable channels when you decide to take the night off from going to the boardwalk. All for your enjoyment. Enjoy a quick walk to the enjoyments of restaurants, bars, and ice cream stand walking distance from our home. We are 3 min drive, 1 mile walk to Northside Park but are able to watch the fireworks right from our balcony. We are a 1 minute walk to the Ocean City Fontaineblue Resort and a 10 minute drive (4 mi) to the Rowland E Powell Convention Center. There is a full-size washer, dryer, dishwasher, and central air. The bus stop is located right in front of our building and is only a 10 minute car ride (4.5 mi) (20-30 minute bus ride) to Jolly Roger's Amusements and the Beginning of the BOARDWALK.

There is a Non-Refundable $100 Resort Fee for any length stay, required to be paid, in addition to the reservation, to Security upon checking in (APRIL-NOVEMBER ONLY), which includes 24-hour security and parking for 1 vehicle. A second car is available only on 1st come/1st serve basis and is $15/day $100/week, BUT IS NOT AVAILABLE MEMORIAL DAY, JULY 4TH, & LABOR DAY. Vehicles whose height is between 6ft 10 in and 7ft 1in will be granted alternate access to the parking garage and must notify security upon arrival/check-in.

There is a public parking lot 1 block away available for additional vehicles. Contact Town of Ocean City for their rates. Sorry, THERE IS a STRICT "NO PET" POLICY for guests at the QUAY.
