We got the linen package and were missing 2 sets of towels. Management was able to help us find another set but did not have any other exras on site. The property was in a great location. We would definitely stay at the building again just not the room we were in. The room was very outdated. The couch, carpet and dining table benches were very stained up where you did not feel comfortable sitting on them.
