Exceeded our Expectations

The location and amenities are excellent. Our family enjoyed the short walk to the beach, both outdoor and indoor pools, playground area, and on-site My Place Restaurant. The property is beautifully landscaped and also includes an arcade and movie theater!

Upon arrival, we learned that the door would not lock from the outside, so someone had to stay in the condo at all times unless you wanted to leave your valuables unattended. SO I stayed inside for the first 2 days of the vacation while I waited for maintenance to fix the issues. The master bedroom toilet continued to break and after the 2nd time, the front desk stated they never received my request for assistance. The communication between property and condo rental agency was horrible and I got the run around for 2 days. There was mouse poop found in the pull out couch and after all those issues, the property stated they could refund me $100. That was a slap in the face for what we paid for this long weekend vacation. WOULD NEVER STAY HERE AGAIN..

Condo

We had a great time outside of staying in the condo. The condo is out dated and not clean. I thought the furniture was dirty. The whole place needs to be painted. And the toilet in the bathroom with the tub is unsanitary!! Everytime we used the toilet we had to open up the tank and put our hand in there to hook the chain back on to flush. 👎
