Sea Watch 1319-Oceanfront 115th St, Free WiFi, Pool, Elev, W/D, AC

This well designed building includes central courtyard, six elevators, indoor and outdoor pools, game room (game equipment is not provided), tennis courts, saunas, and free WIFI. Multiple floor plans include one bedroom with den, two bedrooms with den, and three bedrooms, all with two fulls baths. Each unit is equipped with private laundry room, central air and spacious balcony. On-site parking is available with a non-refundable fee paid at the building. Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the Sea Watch property including all common areas, in the units, and on the balconies. This is the ninth unit back from ocean on south side of building. Bedroom three is converted den. Indoor pool is closed in off season (November 1st through April 30th) with the exception of some Holiday weekends.

They charge for cleaning the place was all dirty maintenance think they can come in and touch your stuff when they feel like . Disrespectful. Place was ok but the rest sucked. Wont go there again

This unit is in need of serious updating and cleaning.

Worst place I have ever stayed in OC. Unit needs updating and cleaning. Furniture is not conducive to the space of unit. Furniture worn and in need of repair.

Sea Watch is great with 3 pools,gym,sauna,theatre & billiard rm-would be even better with a hot tub!

We enjoyed our stay and the amenities at Sea Watch. It would be even better with a hot tub. The elevators are so hot-no moving air. The parking garage elevator was broken the first 2 days we were there, so was so hot having to climb flights of stairs. It would be so much easier to be able to go from the condo building to the parking garage without having to go to the lobby, walk to the parking garage & up that elevator. There are 3 squirrels that you can hand feed in the lobby, & a bowl of nuts in the office to feed them! The atrium is beautiful with the waterfalls. Our condo had some minor maintenance issues-screws fell out of the storm door, master sliding screen door was off the track upon arrival & the master bath had a crack in the toilet seat all the way through that pinched! The wicker furniture with cushions on our balcony was so comfy, a nd a nice change from the cheap plastic deck chairs normally given. Our condo also had many beach chairs, boogie boards & rafts, which was awesome. Most have only a few, if any. With the replaced toilet seat, I would rent it again.

Perfect location- unit needs some updating

We've stayed at the Sea Watch Condominium 5 times now- always a pleasure. The unit was decently priced and worked for us as a family with two small kids. However it does need some updating. The appliances are ancient and the dishwasher doesn't actually even clean the dishes. I love that they converted the den into a third bedroom but one of the slider doors for it did not work. Luckily we didn't actually need to use that bedroom. It worked just fine for us but the unit could use some updating. None of the negatives affected our amazing week away.

First, the location was great, right on the beach and close to stores and the bus stopped right out front. The play area was run down, the wooden boat that was there had wood missing and nails protruding, the sand had all weeds growing up through it. The arcade was definitely dated. If they are going to advertise that as an amenity, at least they should put new games in it, not games from the 80/90's. The condo served it's purpose, but was in disrepair and dirty. Some of the tiles around the floor in the master bath were missing; the wall paper was dated and the seams were coming up; they advertise that the place is for 6 people and the kitchen is furnished, but there is not enough plates an cups for 6 and the ones that are there, are old and chipped; the dryer vent hose is disconnected/ripped and so it blows lint all over the small room that the washer/dryer are in; the televisions are old; one of the kitchen chairs is missing the caster/roller; etc. The place definitely needs some updating.
