The building offers 3 pools, basketball court, arcade, movie theater and so much more! (This is a smoke free building! The building does not allow smoking/ vaping anywhere on the premises. Anyone caught smoking anywhere is a violation of this lodging agreement and the agreement will be terminated, and you will be evicted. ) The Sea Watch condominium charges a non-refundable $50.00 registration fee due upon arrival for parking and building amenities (cash only). Please note - sheets, towels, paper and cleaning products not supplied. A linen package including sheets and towels can be rented for an extra charge.
