Beach Mew 1 & 2 Rentals

I loved the fellowship and couple activities we had. Having access to 12 bedrooms enabled us to plan a couples retreat. I just wish the appliances and internet worked and couples on the 1st and 2nd floor were not freezing at night.

Issues accessing the property

Access codes were only provided for one of the 2 houses. Vacasa was unable to provide the codes before arrival or upon arrival. They were eventually provided after many phone calls and text messages.Everything else was very good, with only noteworthy item that a few of the toilet paper holders are coming off the wall.

Great Stay

We stayed there with friends. The pool and beach access was really enjoyable. The home was neat and easy to access overall. The only point I will make about parking. Make sure you have the correct passes and you know where to park.

Fell short of expectations

House had ants- took 4 calls to vacasa to get them to come. They placed traps where the ants were not but we moved them. Toilet paper holder in master was off the wall, holes in plaster not repaired. Check in was a disaster. Codes provided did not work to open doors. lots of calling back and forth with Vacasa rep, took over an hour just to get inside the rentals. Something dead was on the floor in the Gagrage and the smell was horrendous. We used a kids sand shovel to remove it and the smell left along with it THE ENTIRE FACITY DOES NOT RECYCLE!!! Nothing, not event aluminum cans. Disgraceful in 2023. Would not rent here again- not for what we paid for the rental.
