This property was not as advertised or pictured. The rug, linens, furniture and pillows were all stained. There were holes in the half-painted walls, stained toilet seats, mold around the air vent, dirty cabinetry, and broken appliance pieces (lamp and fridge). We ended up covering one sofa with a sheet for sleeping arrangements because the bedspread and pillow shams in our child’s room were stained. After we reached out to VRBO with photos and requested this be addressed, they contacted the host, VueStay, who has only responded that they are reviewing our concerns. After this, VRBO’s chat agent unhelpfully noted that in their opinion, these issues were “minor” and we would have to take it up with the host as there was nothing more they could do. We have not had this experience with VRBO before but this is totally unacceptable. Terrible value for the price and disappointing customer service. Look elsewhere if you want a clean place to stay for your family.
