Manager / Host really great. Great location. Great property small room when rates were under $100 when over $230 that’s probably ownership taking advantage of tourists

The staff was nice and helpful. The bed was not comfortable, not a queen as advertised. The shower was 2’x2’. The toilet was so close to the wall that my 36” waist was touching the wall when sitting. The room was 11’x12’ or so.

You get exactly what you pay for. $15 extra for parking but you can just find street parking if needed. Prototypical beach hotel. It has all that you need and if you have some crushes in you, it’s perfect. Very dated and you will hear what goes on in the hall but again, just drink more during the day. Would stay again

If you don’t care about cleanliness or being able to have space to move around, then it’s fine. We had very low expectations walking into this place but it was pretty awful. $15 a day to park but the parking lot is blocks away if there is no space in the one out back you’re walking. Shower curtain hanging on by duck tape. One towel & wash rag. We brought our own sheets and blankets. Had to complain about the air conditioner but the front desk guy (possible owner?) replaced it within an hour- he was super nice and helpful. There is no WiFi & the tv is miniature size and didn’t work 90% of the time. If you’re looking for a quick semi cheap place to stay this will work just don’t expect to be wow-ed.

bathroom shower curtain was on the floor upon entry, towels were in the toilet and there were mystery stains on the bedding. On top of that the door had no deadbolt and light was coming thru on all sides of the door. Would not recommend

Only 8 parking spaces available and you have to pay $15 for parking. I booked a room online paid in full and was told that was just a reservation to hold the room it was refunded- should get it Monday and I had to pay again when I arrived. This was frustrating and a huge inconvenience. The room was extremely small with a tv the size of an iPad that didn’t show any picture only sound. We had to charge our phone in the bathroom because the only outlet was used by the refrigerator, iPad size tv and a light. I didn’t want to touch anything because it looked unsafe.

The place was quaint and homey. It is not the most upgraded property, but it was still a nice stay. Very nice staff. It was super close to everything you need and convenience of parking on the property. Everything was easy and clean.
