Need better cleaning services

Location was perfect and we have stayed in area previously. Unfortunately mildew in toilet and bathroom walls. I paid for cleaning services and ended up cleaning the whole condo. Bed mattress topper stained and didn’t notice till I removed bed sheets, threw in the washer so the next guests wouldn’t need to lay in that. Bed was full size and not too comfortable. Such a cute place and views were nice. So disappointed

Phenomenal but disconnected

Everything is great: clean, amenities, relaxing, etc., but there is just no internet. Cell service is bad in the unit and while the TVs are hooked up to private internet that is passable, guests arent given the password and the available public wifi is worthless.

Nice spot, communication horrible. Had to ask the same question repeatedly felt like I was getting an automated response. Paid huge fees for cleaning and still had to strip the bed and take out the trash. Had a death in the family and they wouldn't help us out at all with a portion of a refund. Zero sympathy and probably won't stay again because of their lack of flexibility.
