Great Place

We have always stayed at condos at the Rainbow. The staff here is great! Being close to the beach and having a pool was great for having young children. We have stayed in different condos at the Rainbow but this penthouse one was our favorite. The owners keep this place very nice and they had extra beach chairs, sand toys, and umbrellas. They also had movies and books.

Rainbow that needs brightening

For a large family this space (size) is wonderful. The views are incredible. The building was quiet. The room needs SERIOUS refurbishing. The carpets were stained, furniture dirty and stained, bed clothes stained. This space gas such amazing potential, but for the price, but can you ask that price for stain-ridden furniture, carpets, and linens. Please invest in updates, as I am sure it will do you well!

I loved that we were ocean front. The vents were very dirty as was the carpeting . I tried to use the vacuum that was there but it didn’t suck up the dirt. I wouldn’t stay there again.

OC 2022 Family Vacay

We go to OC every year and normally stay in the same condo every year. This year, thanks to VRBO, we found this penthouse at the Rainbow and decided to give it a shot. We were so happy we did! We loved it! Very clean, very spacious, not overly crowded, and that top floor master suite with an ocean front view!! Loved it here ❤️

Rainbow 8 penthouse

The place was set up very nice with 2 bedrooms and baths downstairs and a master bed and bath upstairs. Right on the beach—beautiful view from balcony and windows. Called management 3 times about light bulbs out in downstairs bathroom. Kept being told they would send home one. No one ever came —even with calling 3 different days. Very disappointing —could not see in downstairs bathroom to get ready to go out! No hairdryer—would be nice if owners would have hairdryer available.

Two new single beds were new????????, but the two double bed mattresses definitely need replacing. New living rm & counter furnishings were beautiful & all of the new & update things done in the condo were incredible...we were delighted. The new kitchen appliances, cabinets, counter, new flooring, new upstairs bathroom counter, new living rm furniture were just fabulous...we were thrilled with all of the new additions made since we last stayed there in 2017...kudos to the owner...we loved all the new additions.( however, the double bed mattresses definitely need replacing, then it would be perfect!!) Great condo This review was submitted while the home was managed by a different property management company.`
