We came for Cruise Week and had the best time! The views were incredible and our host was very swift with responses to any questions we may have had. The game room and indoor pool on the 2nd floor made it super fun on rainy days when we were not able to go out. We will definitely be returning!!

We were happy with the view and were pleasantly surprised with the open concept. It was nice to chat with eachother whether sitting at the dining table, kitchen stools or living room. Some things looked like it needed an upgrade but nothing we were concerned with. I would like to note that the bathroom sinks drained rather slow. Overall all guests were happy with everything. No complaints. Perfect for a girls trip!

Property was as advertised. Bathrooms need updated and building is under renovation in the lobby but for price paid this property was perfect. Only had 2 plates and a couple of bowls so more in the kitchen would be nice. But I would definitely stay here again.

Overall great place . My only complaint is the carpets were DISGUSTING! So dirty and stained . It's the first thing you see when you walk in and for the price paid , that should be fixed. The owner was amazing to deal with. Very responsive and in a very timely manner. Would stay again .

Great location

Location was amazing right on the beach! However the cleanliness was awful. There was soap scum in shower from previous guests. Pink mildew in showers, carpets are stained so bad. Fridge was very gross and not clean. Toilets had pee on the side and back of them. Washer has lots of previous laundry detergent in middle of it. Lots of scuff on the wall needs new paint. Overall very dirty and would not stay again unless it gets a lot cleaner.

Beautiful views of Ocean and Bay

We rested this property to do a girls Mother/daughter/granddaughter trip. The place was more than spacious for7 people with lots of seating and sleeping. We didn't have enough pillows we emailed the property manager and brand new pillows and sheets as well as a queen size air mattress were at our door within the hour. The condo was clean the game room was fun for the younger girls. Too bad the indoor pool was closed for repairs. We would definitely recommend this property and would seek it out again. The price point was excellent for the amenities you received.

One stop shop :)

We ended up coming back to oc recovering from an awful experience at a hotel. This condo’s location is PERFECT. The view to the beach AND the city was beautiful. The layout of the condo was perfect. Our welcoming sign with our names was such a cute touch. We had everything we needed for our 3 day stay. Beds are so comfy too (such a plus) the building itself has a breakfast/convenience shop. The indoor pool was great to have because it was pretty windy outside. But overall. We alll left feeling like we redeemed ourselves with staying here and getting to enjoy a few days in OC. Would recommended to book with this host and I’ll definitely be back too :)
