Captiva Bay 105 is a stylish, clean luxury condominium right on the bay. This three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo has a nicely furnished balcony overlooking the breathtaking Assawoman Bay and marshes. This unit is the perfect place for you and your family to call home for a week! Captiva Bay 105 is one of Ocean City's finest vacation rentals.

The living room is stylishly furnished with comfy leather couches facing a television. There is a ceiling fan and a fireplace, making the room adaptable to any kind of weather. The sliding doors allow plenty of natural light to fill the room. Just past the living room is a small dining area, perfect for cozy meals with the family. Next to the dining area is a spacious, fully-stocked kitchen with a wide counter top, just right for grabbing a quick snack. The master bedroom has a king-size bed, a personal television, a private bathroom, and access to the balcony. The second bedroom has a king-size bed, a personal television, a private bathroom, and a ceiling fan. The third bedroom has a king-size bed and a ceiling fan. This property comfortably sleeps up to six people, so bring the whole family!

Less Than Accurate Property Description

Good location and nice layout except, it should have another bathroom. The second bathroom is small , too small to handle four adults, maybe two adults and up to two small children max. Cleaning service did not actually clean anything -- awful stains all over the carpeting, and dirt/dust in many places.
