Waterfront large three bedroom, four bath, townhouse near the beach.

This waterfront (3) three level townhouse offers 3 Large bedrooms, 3.5 baths, with 3 Balconies PLUS a common deck area with picnic tables for outdoor eating! With only a short walk to the beach (1 block) across Coastal Highway and not far from downtown, this is the place to stay! Also very conveniently located close to the convention center, many shops, restaurants and Jolly Roger Amusement Park. Boat Docking is available along the bulkhead. The canal is shallow and suitable for small boats only. Our unit provides Central AC, Full sized Washer/Dryer, Fully equipped new kitchen, Outside seating on each balcony, private bathrooms with Queen bedrooms, new bedding in 2025, 4 Cable TV's along with assigned Covered Parking for TWO (2) cars . No pets allowed and no smoking. Must provide your own linens, soap and paper products.

Nice Property

Lots of room, well stocked kitchen, walk to the beach, crabbing put back and booking were great. Parking is difficult with a large vehicle and had to clean a few things. Would stay there again.

Beach vacation

We enjoyed our stay. We especially loved the living room with all the seating and recliners. Did not like check in process. There was absolutely no need to go to the realtor to pick up a package. There is a code for the door that they wouldn’t give to us unless we went to the realtor. They claimed we needed parking passes which we did not because we have stayed there before and a different unit so that part was a complete waste of our time after a 3 Hour Drive. When we said this to the realtors she would not listen and made us come anyway: complete waste of our time.

Excellent Value and Very CLEAN

Enjoyed the home and the location felt safe and was clean. I would suggest a better way to check in. You have to go to the office to get parking passes. Why not leave them on the table just before you are scheduled to check in. For me check-in time worked, but for others with LATE check-in may be a problem. Overall, I would stay here again. EXCELLENT.
