Great Family Unit with privacy and beautiful view!

We loved the location of the unit! The bay view and skies were amazing. We loved that it was spacious and nice decor. The amenities were awesome! We enjoyed the outdoor and indoor pools. It was great having a gym and beautiful walking path all around the Sunset island. We saw amazing sunsets!

Great for what we needed

In town for a weekend festival. Inside needs a bit of "sprucing" but served it's purpose and was much more spacious and cost effective than standard hotel rooms. The area was secluded and beautiful, nice little private beach on the bay and pool. Would consider staying in this area in the future.

Sunset Island 6 Hidden Cove 5E

Place was not clean. We had to clean kitchen counters, floor, cabinets. Dishwasher was broken with old smelly undrained water sitting at bottom. The kitchen sink would not drain. Master bedroom mattress had hole on one side from overuse. Tape was on walls and ceilings in several rooms where maintenance was needed for painting, sparkling, etc.

The unit needs a deep cleaning

We arrived to find that the unit had not been cleaned after the previous tenants, so that didn't give us a very good impression. We couldn't get into the unit until 6pm after the cleaners arrived at 4:30, when check-in was suppose to be 4pm and we were only there for 2 nights. And the place is pretty worn. I had to send them pictures of 2 screened doors that had the screens all torn up, stains on carpet, furniture on the balcony was a mess. The dishes in the cupboards were dirty, we had to run the dishwasher before we could use anything. So even though the cleaners did a fast surface clean, it really needs a deep cleaning. It doesn't seem that clean units is a priority. I was not happy.

Unit was Filthy and Disgusting!!!

I don’t know even know where to begin, first of all this unit is so run down and needs a good deep cleaning. When we arrived at the place it was not cleaned and sanitized. The bathroom tubs were filthy and had not been cleaned. The master bathroom shower had mold on the shower doors and it was not scrubbed down. The floors were not mopped as you could see stains on them nor vacuumed. The kitchen was a disaster, the oven was filthy, the refrigerator was not cleaned had crumbs and spills from previous renters and the carpets in all bedrooms where so heavily stained - they were disgusting and gross. The condition of the unit had cracks in the ceilings and holes in walls and ceiling that were covered which black masking tape. The airs vents were rusted and the return air vent for the return vent was clogged with so much dirt that it was visible on the outside. The wood toilet seats had chips and cracks on them- it was disgusting to even think about sitting on it. We have taken photos and video of the condo’s condition and would be happy to share them with you. I would think twice before renting this unit.

Gorgeous sunset views

Nicely furnished. Balcony features comfortable wicker furniture for watching the beauty of the bay. Definitely would stay here again.
