Oceanfront balcony access from the living room and master bedroom with NEW comfortable outdoor furniture, perfect for watching the sunrise with that first cup of coffee! Private balcony with bay side view (for perfect sunset watching) from entry and 3rd bedroom - furnished with comfortable NEW chairs to watch the sun set over the bay at the end of your busy day! This elegant condo includes an updated, fully equipped kitchen with newly painted white cabinets, new LVT driftwood floors, shiplap wall instead of the mirrored wall.
