He called us and helped us work out a parking plan where we could fit all our vehicles, as well as the lower unit's vehicles. That kind ness goes a long way! Super easy walk to the boardwalk and the beach. Also used the grills for dinner.”

“The property was clean and up to date. It was perfect for us 6. It was a short walk to beach and the passes were included, big plus! It had a nice view of the bay, sunsets were amazing. They had games to play in the living room, the rooms were so spacious. It had 1 bathroom and it wasn’t an issue, shower was big and plenty of storage space for everyone’s stuff, it was all girls so you can imagine how much there was. Overall, I will recommend this place to anyone that plans to visit Seaside. If……

“Location is great. Hair dryer, mirror, and shower needs were great. I would recommend a multi-hook towel rack on the bathroom door, as there is not enough hooks for wet towels, and also, an extra towel, pillow and blanket. The air-conditioning was wonderful. Also, as 4 seniors, we loved the deck, but wished there were 4 chairs. The beds were very comfortable, and we love the knotty pine.”

“I spent the weekend with our adult children. The space is clean, new, spacious and cozy. Everyone had their own room, but able to all hang out with plenty of space in the living/ kitchen area. Having 2 bathrooms with 7 ppl was essential. The hosts were lovely and accommodating, without being intrusive. I will absolutely book here again. The location is perfect. Across from the center of boardwalk, but a block away so it’s quiet. I highly recommend.”

“The apartment was exactly as pictured. Everything is very modern, clean and relaxing. Had everything we needed. We did cook some dinners and lunches and the full-size kitchen is perfect for that as well as the full size refrigerator. Although everything is provided as mentioned in the listing since we were two teenage girls, and a mom, we did need extra bath towels. Owners provide towels but we prefer using multiple towels and bath sheets so that’s just a personal preference. The beach and the……

“The house was clean and bright. It has everything we needed. It was just a short walk to the boardwalk. Very quiet neighborhood despite being in such close proximity to everything. E we can’t say anything negative about the property! Awesome!”

“We had a wonderful vacation. The place was beautiful well equipped and convenient. Owner was very responsive. Drawback for us which I didn't anticipate was the step stairs to get to the unit. My wife has mobility problems and she limited the number of times up and down. That was our issue and my oversight not a problem with the owner. We would stay again if we could.”

“Bedrooms were a bit tight - fit a queen mattress and that is it. Closets were small, but overall the place was nice.”

“Erick was great with communication. We even changed our check in time with no trouble. The stairs were scary, and the parking was definitely not ideal-but it was free parking off the street. The building itself is old (most places to stay are around there), so I appreciated the bathroom was newer and updated. Oh - the deck! It was a wonderful bonus for us; nothing beats those nighttime summer breezes.”

“The home was cozy, welcoming and the neighborhood was friendly. The privacy in the back yard was a plus and we really enjoyed the separation that the home allowed us with our children. Our littles were close to the Master while our older two had their own little space on a lower level. Cooking was simple as everything we needed to prepare dinner was provided. All in all, I would return to this property next time we stay in NJ!”
