The living room is a comfortable open plan space with a leather lounge, ceiling fan, Smart TV (Netflix connectivity) and split system heating-cooling. Ducted heating throughout also makes for year-round climate comfort. The leafy green outlook embraces the garden surrounds, setting a relaxing scene for family fun, board games and movie nights.
Immaculately presented throughout, entertainers will love the dining and kitchen area, where a large stone bench and 6-seater dining table brings everyone together for meals. The stunning kitchen has high quality appliances including an electric oven and gas cooktop, dishwasher and microwave. Direct access to the undercover deck for outdoor dining makes for the perfect spot to enjoy a morning coffee, or cook the BBQ.
