Fully refurbished, really private space (not overlooked) with everything you need. The house has been set up to cater for one large family group or two smaller family groups.
The kitchen is fully equipped and there is a north facing garden with a large decked area, fire pit and BBQ.
All rooms have cooling air conditioners (except the queen bedroom which has a ceiling fan only). There are two 65 inch smart TVs in the living areas and an additional TV (not smart) in the queen bedroom. All rooms except bathrooms and bunk room have ceiling fans and the house is fully heated by gas central heating/split systems.
Accommodation comprises:
1 King bedroom with ensuite 1 Queen bedroom 1 Double bunk room 1 Double sofa bed in second living area (in a separate section to the seating area)

Most of the house is accessible - except the the unit outside which is blocked off for access. Parking and access to the house is available on Wiltons Road only. The garage is available for use but is only suitable for vehicles with high ground clearance (low suspension/chassis cars are NOT to use the garage). Parking is not permitted on the Thacker Street side of the property.
The house borders the quieter end of Thacker Street on one side and is located on a bus route with the local bus going through Barwon Heads and on to Geelong. The road can get busy particularly during commute times. The property however is well shielded by a high, private fence and double glazed windows to the main living area which contributes to its private retreat feel.
A motion recording security camera is in place over the footpath and gate entrance to the property.
