Wonderful property/ Great views of sunset/sunrise

This is a great rental for family’s. One of the few with 3 Kings. Great for kids to have their own area to play and watch tv. The house was fully stocked with all sorts of goodies. And it was a bonus to have a pool for the kids.

Our family gathered for our fathers funeral services. As a resident of OIB for 30 years he loved his canal home. We were very pleased with our choice of canal homes to gather in celebration of his life

Spring Break April 2023

This is a wonderful vacation home!! We chose this house because it was on a channel and we could easily put our kayaks in the water and also for the heated pool. The home was so spacious and fit our friends and family perfectly. There was so much space that we were not on top of each other. The home is an easy walk from the beach. We would definitely stay here again. The home made our Spring Break even more special.

OIB WEEK

Home was lovely and on a great site. Pool and dock added to the pleasure of being at the beach. The kitchen needs additional items for cooking. I was disappointed that the primary bedroom and others had only locked closets and no hanging space for our week long stay in a luxury home (and with a luxury price.)

Great Place for Family Retreat

Each year our family looks for a rental to accommodate our growing family - Heron View went above and beyond! The flexibility of sleeping options that included a crib was an added bonus. We appreciated the kids tables on the main floor and the upper floor. The kitchen was well stocked for the meals we prepared. The house was clean and very comfortable. The grandkids (and adults) especially enjoyed the pool! Communication with the owner was "top shelf!" Rob answered quickly any questions we had. We will definitely stay here again!
