「Amazing hotel right on the beach! Clean and friendly staff. Walking distance from restaurants. Great stay!」

「We found out at check in that the hot tub was broken then went to our room to find a broken bed. We were given another room however the mattress in this one was also broken. My complaint is the front desk workers. They acted like this was not a big deal, no apologies given. We had a total of 3 rooms in our party. The other rooms were perfect. The pool bar employee Tim was extremely nice. We would try this establishment again because of him. Breakfast was great but the orange juice and milk...

「It was fine except for the fact that the owner chamged the reservation so he could take a longer stay. I booked for 2 days and he changed it to 1.」

「Great place. The staff, location and family atmosphere makes Captains Cove the perfect location for an old fashioned family beach vacation. After 15 years of visiting it feels like staying with friends and not just a hotel. I’ll be back soon!」

「The service」

「We had family nearby, so we only used the facility for sleep and coffee. It was just what we needed. I did need a lightbulb and asked for one upon arrival. There were none, so I switched out a lamp on the desk for the bedside lamp. Coffee was adequate. Bed was nice. We would stay here again.」

「Excellent level of communication leading up to and during our stay. Our room was adorable! Though the room was small, it was very well planned out and completed every thing needed.」

「The pool wasn't available . The house keeping staff was outside a side exit off the lobby smoking . You had to walk past the smoke to get to the parking lot . The room was clean and comfortable. The gentleman at the front desk should have had information about local restaurants and restaurants that delivered . It was convent and worth a second look if they make a few changes . We shall see .」

「We always stay at the Plantation Towers at NMB. This however will be the last visit to this hotel. We stayed in the Jasmine towers in a room on the 14th floor. The room was a joke. For living room furniture they had some kind of rattan or bamboo couch and chairs. The cushions in them were like outdoor furniture cushions - ridiculous! Terrible to sit on. The entire room as designed with this type of rattan/bamboo furniture - just a complete joke. Then the master bedroom mattress was hard...
