Room smelled like smoke TV did not work properly. They collected $250 cash at check.in which we wete not informed of so had to pay $5 to get cash from ATM Checkout was held up for 15 min while they went to check room before they gave us our $250 back. Ridiculous process.

Overall stay was good and the room was nice. The room key didn't work on the first 2 attempts, but they did get that resolved. The elevators for the parking deck didn't work on floors 4 through 7 which meant for some serious hikes up and down steps more than once.

Beach view was minimal. Obstructed by buildings. Very nice rooms, very nice and informative staff. Pool was okay but tge big pool was closed because they didn't want to clean it for the tons of guests in the pool area waiting to swim!!

The washer dryer combo in my room never worked I washed my closes a couple times wouldn’t drain kinda mildewed. The staff gave me 5$ in quarters to do my laundry for a week I wasn’t expecting to spend two hours of my vacation every other day on the 4th floor doing laundry. I wasn’t going to leave my laundry wher someone else could take it. They told me it needed a part that wouldn’t be fixed during my stay. The water stayed in the washer in my room 6 days not good Ice maker didn’t work The dark haired lady in the afternoon had zero hospitality. The two attendants Coach and Jose were the best

Great stay - we'll be back for sure --- a few concerns to mention... and some great comments as well... the room had a musty smell, TV was not a smart tv, so we were unable to login to our Netflix account etc... no option to connect at all, could not even mirror to the TV, local stations only which was not good - this is a must fix for future guests, especially when it was raining and TV was the focus. Couch was not very comfortable - but it was a pull-out bed which was nice, TV in bedroom would not turn on, blank screen - couldn't figure it out... overall some great positives as well, room was fantastic, lots of space, much bigger than expected and having the separate bedroom was great - view was amazing, great balcony with tremendous space, beds were comfortable and plenty of pillows. We used the kitchen the entire time and liked having the dishwasher. A/C worked great when used, and the breeze from the Ocean was awesome with the balcony door open. There were two Full size beds in the bedroom, a murphy bed and a pull-out couch, plenty of space for sleeping - the pool areas and amenities were great as well - very clean and well kept. Great walking distance to main street and parking was easy -- outside fo the few concerns - we loved the stay and we'll be back. I did want to mention that you don't get the room you saw when booking - we were in a completely different set up "reversed" from what the photos showed on-line when we reserved. Great stay overall though.

First time staying there the resort was excellent sometimes Myrtle Beach the rooms aren’t so great. My room was great. Staff was friendly. Everything was clean. Breakfast was good. I’ll definitely be going back.

I’ve stayed here several times and I like the convenience of the location. Short walk to places to eat and night life and a short drive to other attractions. Staff has always been friendly, rooms clean, etc.

Room was not what was advertised in the Expedia app. Oceanfront room was a view of palm trees and the hot tub full of drunks from the 1st floor. Couldn’t even use the balcony and it was the only reason I go to the beach. Staff said the room online is not the one you are promised. If that matters to you go to a different website and guarantee your room.
